Fred Wightman began NewLife Properties in 1995, mainly operating out of Long Island in Suffolk and Nassau Counties. In 2007 Wightman was able to expand into Dutchess County along the Hudson River. In Late 2008 the expansion into the Hudson Valley continued and now NewLife Properties covers the counties of Orange, Rockland, Westchester and Putnam, as well as the Catskills Region.
Wightman graduated from C.W. Post University in 1983 from the School of Professional Accounting. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1986 and has since been working in private practice. In 2006, Wightman merged with another C.P.A. to form Weindorf & Wightman C.P.A’s LLC.
